Doing Business with IAP - HILL

When doing business with IAP-HILL, all forms under Annual Certification must be completed prior to providing subcontracting/procurement services.  Review and understand the IAP-HILL Policies.  However, when submitting a quote for a bid, subcontractors need only to forward the forms listed under the Submit with Quote section.  The information under the Subcontracting Package will be forwarded to you upon award.

It is now required that federal contractors and subcontractors begin using the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ E-Verify system to verify their employees’ eligibility to legally work in the United States.  Accordingly, IAP-HILL subcontracts have been modified to include the mandated clause for this federal requirement. This clause is required in subcontracts over $3,000 for services or construction. Subcontracts exempt from this are for commercially available off-the-shelf items.

Companies awarded a subcontract with IAP-HILL on the RBOS1 contract will be required to enroll in E-Verify within 30 days of the subcontract award date. They will also need to begin using the E-Verify system to confirm that all of their new hires and their employees directly working on federal contracts are authorized to legally work in the United States.

Energy Program (Required)

IAP-HILL promotes energy efficiency. Vendors and Subcontractors must quote Energy Star and other efficient products. For products groups where Energy Star labels are not yet available, products must be quoted that they are in upper 25% of energy efficiency as designed by Federal Management Program.
