IAP-HILL provides operations and maintenance support services for both Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Naval Station Mayport.  We subcontract substantial portions of the services we need to other business concerns rather than self perform all services with IAP-HILL employees.

The objective of  our subcontracting program is to give all small business concerns an equitable opportunity to compete for subcontracts.  One of the primary goals of our Subcontracting program is to provide the highest quality service to the customer at the lowest cost.

Due to our quick response time to our customers, most solicitations are directed to companies already qualified and approved on our vendor list.  Occasionally subcontract opportunities with a longer lead time or which are higher dollar or that have complex or unusual requirements will be posted to the SBA’s SUBNET.

Please contact the Point of Contact with any questions prior to submitting your bids.  Bids will only be accepted on the Request for Quotation, Offer, and Award and Pricing and Delivery Schedule forms found on the Policies/Forms page. The IAP-HILL Point of Contact will notify the awarded bidder.

Forms, Certs and Reps and Terms and Conditioning can be found on the Policies/Forms page.
