The first step in doing business with IAP-HILL is to fill out an application and attach it to a letter of interest along with your  qualifications, financial status and past performance references. If you are an emerging small or start up business, please include your resume and letters of reference. Annual Certification is required and electronic submission of forms is preferred and does not require signatures. Due to our quick response time to our customers, most solicitations are directed to companies already qualified and approved on our vendor list.  Occasionally subcontract opportunities with a longer lead time or which are higher dollar or that have complex or unusual requirements will be posted to the SBA’s SUBNET.
